PARKOUR, TRAMPOLINE & GYMNASTICS- ALL IN ONE!

Ages 6-14

  • your child must be 6 by the start of the camp week you choose. Do not sign your child up if they do not meet the age requirement. Thank you!

Campers have fun, get challenged safely, and develop awesome skills at the GMTC Summer Camp! As you train your mind and body to move and flow, you will also grow your skills in Parkour and on Trampolines using many basic Gymnastics skills. 

Parkour teaches how to navigate obstacles and leverage their bodies through space by adapting movements to the environment.

On Trampolines, we teach air awareness through the development of tricks, landing, and agility work.

Gymnastics develops strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination…all skills needed for sports like Parkour and trampolines.

A typical day will consist of these activities:

  • Morning stretch

  • Group activities (obstacle courses, games)

  • Morning snack

  • Station work (parkour, trampoline, and gymnastics)

  • Lunch outside

  • Outdoor play/rotations

  • Open gym time/group games

  • Afternoon snack

  • Group activities
