GYMNASTICS FAQ

Which class is best for my child to enroll in?

If your child is starting gymnastics for the first time, kindly enroll them in a Rec Beginner Class. An Intermediate class would be suitable for those who possess some experience in gymnastics. If your child has several years and numerous abilities, kindly let us know, and we will arrange an assessment for your child according to our schedule. Please enroll your child in the appropriate age group for them by 12/31/25.

How do I set up a Parent Portal Account?

An account can only be created during the registration process. An account cannot be created unless you register for a class. Once registration opens, click on REGISTER beside the class name, and you will be guided through the registration steps. A Parent Portal Login will be created at that time.

What should I do if the class is at capacity? How can I sign up for the waitlist?

When a class reaches its full capacity, the term WAITLIST will be displayed next to it. By clicking on WAITLIST, you will be prompted to provide your information at that moment. As soon as you complete the registration form, you will be placed on the waitlist automatically. You will be informed once a spot opens up. The registration fee and tuition will not be applied until you decide to secure your place. If we haven't received any communication from you in the next two business days, we will remove you from the waitlist.

Are trial classes available?

Currently, we aren't providing any trial classes. Our programs usually reach full capacity swiftly, and we need to stick to our student-to-coach ratios to ensure safety and quality teaching. Feel free to reach out to us with any inquiries regarding our programs prior to your registration!

What is the process of billing?

Tuition payments are required every four weeks. We use the card you have on file to process automatically. To avoid being charged, you must provide us with a written notification of termination at least 30 days in advance.

Are makeup classes available, and can refunds be issued?

Currently, we do not provide options for makeup classes or refunds for any classes that have been missed. Our classes usually reach capacity fast, and we have to maintain the appropriate student-to-coach ratios.
